    BiodataWedding is a digital platform. We do not ship any physical products. All our products are digital files (PDFs) that are delivered electronically.

    2. Delivery Timeline

    Upon successful payment, your biodata PDF is generated instantly and is available for download immediately. You will also receive a confirmation email with a link to download your file (if applicable).

    3. Delivery Issues

    If you do not receive the download link or are unable to download the file after payment, please check your spam/junk folder. If you still face issues, please contact our support team immediately at support@biodatawedding.com.
